Charm is not attached!?

This arrived in two separate bags. The bag with the bracelet was labeled $125. Then the charm came in a separate bag and was labeled $85. Apparently, you slipped the charm over the bracelet, but then it would slide all over and about and not always sit in the middle of the bracelet like it is depicted on the website, which is so annoying. Returning all of it.
