Gold Beaded with Heart Initial Bracelet

Bought this bracelet for my daughter for Christmas. She has worn it 3 times. On the third time, she took it off her wrist and it fell apart all over her room on the floor- all the beads rolled on the ground. Not sure how I am going to return this, if it is even possible. It is sad because the actual bracelet is really cute, however not good quality.

I bought 2 of these for my 2 dogs who passed away 3 months apart 😢 I wanted to get something to wear with their initials, and saw these online. The online pics look good, but when I got mine delivered, the gold color looks weird. It looks really dark and almost like it’s a really old metal or maybe they’re old bracelets from old inventory? I’m not sure why they’d look so gold and shiny in the pictures online, but look old and almost like an orange old brass looking when I got mine in person. I’m sad, because I got these in memory of my 2 senior dogs who passed away so close together and I wanted something special to wear for them.
