Earbuds not working
Fresh out of the box, the right earbud did not work. I did a factory reset; the right bud now works but the left does not. Another factory reset and the left still doesn't work. The app is of no use.

Just bought them so far so good. Could use some smaller cushions . I have the smallest ones that come with it and could use a smidge smaller

Great Product
