Earbuds not working
Fresh out of the box, the right earbud did not work. I did a factory reset; the right bud now works but the left does not. Another factory reset and the left still doesn't work. The app is of no use.

A bit different than the last gen I owned...
These sound the same and fit my ears the same as my old pair of jlab go air pop earbuds that lasted 3 years as my in the office headphones. I hoped these would be the same quality but they feel much lighter and the lid to the charging case feels much more flimsy along with having weaker magnets. I hope I will get another 3 years out of these but only time will tell...
