Earbuds not working
Fresh out of the box, the right earbud did not work. I did a factory reset; the right bud now works but the left does not. Another factory reset and the left still doesn't work. The app is of no use.

Loving! Until…
These have been great! I've loved them so much. Easy to pair, sound is great, self explanatory controls. Something weird happened though and now they're stuck in like 3x speed and everything sounds like a chipmunks remix. I've tried resetting them but nothing seems to work..
