How to use: Start your day or end your night by massaging gentle cleanser onto wet skin and rinsing thoroughly with warm water. For a deeper clean (after cleansing), apply clay mask onto your face, avoiding the lips and eye area, wait 10 minutes for it to dry, then remove gently with a (dark-colored) wash cloth before rinsing thoroughly. Apply a few pumps of prep serum into your hands and gently sweep over your face and neck using upward strokes. In the morning, smooth daily moisturizer and then SPF onto your face and neck. At night, press night cream directly onto your face and neck. Add oil to your hydration routine when extra moisture is needed by patting two or three drops onto skin or mixing with moisturizer.

what a relief!
I’m allergic to everything. Seriously, run-to-the-dermatologist, need steroids allergic. I give away samples because I can’t take the risk. I never get facials (allergic!). Recently my trusty serum from a different brand was discontinued. Panic ensued. I tried this one based on the ingredients included, and more importantly the ingredients excluded. After a few weeks of careful, graduated use, I am overjoyed to report it actually exceeded the performance of my prior serum. Bonus: it’s 1/3 the cost. My skin is smoother, tone and texture improved, redness reduced, more hydrated and less irritable. I’m so blissfully grateful. Thank you!

Second use, bad experience
Complimentary from Outset I had previously used this serum and absolutely loved it, so I was thrilled to give it another go. However, this time around, my experience was quite different. Unpleasant Scent: One noticeable change was the smell of the product. Previously, it didn't have any off-putting odor, but this time, it actually smelled pretty bad. Noticing Dryness: Sadly, I didn't get the plumping and prepping results I was expecting. Instead, my skin felt dry and lacked the hydration it used to have with this serum. I'm not sure if it's due to a change in weather or a formula change, but something definitely felt off. After this experience, I'm hesitant to purchase this serum again. It's possible the formula may have changed, or my skin's needs have evolved. Either way, it's disappointing when a product you once loved doesn't deliver the same results.

I absolutely love this serum! Being in my 60’s I’ve used a lot of serums, and this one by far is one of the best. In just one week I noticed a difference in the texture of my skin, it was smooth and more even toned, I highly recommend it. I have somewhat sensitive skin and this didn’t bother it at all. I have rosacea and this actually helped calm it down. It also pairs really well with retinol, you put it on before your retinol and then your moisturizer, it’s magic.

My Oh My where has this serum been all my life!!!
This serum is the BOMB. My Skin loves this serum and my skin is very sensitive. I was able to use it over my Retinol with absolutely zero irritation and my skin felt so soft and hydrated. SJ nailed it when she created this product and I highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed.
