Ugh, the zipper!
I really love this crossbody. Everything about it is stunning and the color is so much prettier in person, but it has one tiny flaw... the zipper. It is so difficult/awkward to open because of the heart shape. Aside from that, it is absolutely adorable and can fit several little items like keys, chapstick/lipstick, sanitizer, etc. and has a little card slot inside. Debating on keeping it since I don't know if I can get over the zipper.

Nice little bag. But it came shipped without any sort of box besides the cardboard. Felt pretty cheap.
