Glazed Weightless Lambskin Suede Jacket

I received this jacket today, straight out of a tiny mailbox. The jacket was rolled into a small plastic mailer with no hanger, plastic wrap, tissue, or box. I pulled the coat out to find a wrinkled mess. This is an expensive jacket, and should be presented to the customer as such. I contacted customer service who tried to help, but all they could suggest is to have a store look at it and perhaps steam the leather out. It is not wearable and will not have a fresh look when worn in the fall. Nordstrom's service has gone down hill, but they took pride in their packaging to the customer. What happened Nordstrom? You need to do better! Merchandise is too expensive and this leather is so fragile for this to be rolled into a plastic mailer and shoved in the mailbox. This should have been placed in a corrugated box with tissue, plastic and folded once on a hanger. DO BETTER!
