'Glaye' Tall Boot

Sad but I returned the boots. I loved the look and they were very comfortable. I've been looking for a narrow shaft boot and thought I'd found the perfect one. Unfortunately, the distressing work done on the shaft looked too man made and inconsistent. For the cost of this boot I thought they could have looked better.

LOVE my new BedStu boots!!! I wore them 4 days in a row after getting them. I am usually a 7.5-8 so I ordered an 8. With thin socks they are a little big but will be just right with thick socks once it gets colder. I wore them with skinny jeans and also with a denim dress- they are QUITE distressed looking (maybe even a little more than the pictures online) so I think they look better with jeans than a skirt or dress unless the skirt/dress outfit is a bit casual. Great caramel color and the alternate zipper for wide calves is a nice touch. I have narrow calves so will never use that but the "extra" zipper looks cool nonetheless. The soles were a little slippery the first day but now seem like they will be grippy in the snow and ice.

They FIT at the Calf!! I got the Wide but they run small in the foot size so you'll need to SIZE UP one size. I usually wear an 8 but kept the 9's. I have a 16-1/2" calf and these are the FIRST high quality leather boots I've found that work. They have a zipper in the back that you can use to adjust for more room, but I found that after a few wears that I am able to just use the side zipper and don't need to undo the one in the back. Really good quality leather and construction, worth the money. So glad I found this brand!

Gorgeous boot, super comfortable right out of the box. Usually wear 8.5, so ordered 9.0 based on reviews and fit perfectly. If you have skinny legs & nonexistent calf muscles, you will swim in these boots.

I really liked the look of this boot. The distressing was great and it had a nice look for the price. However, it ran very small, and the leg of the boot was very slouchy so it sank down into the heel making it very uncomfortable. I have skinny legs so this would have been a great boot for me as it does run narrow in the leg. Sadly I had to return.

These boots are AWESOME! I got compliments on the first day I wore them... Love the worn/weathered look but the double zipper is probably the best feature. They are a little tight on my big calves but I use the back zipper last to tighten them up and they fit fine. If you had really big calves, you could even leave that zipper open! The shoe part fits well - and true to size I found - despite the other reviews. I wear a size 9 shoe and got a size 9 boot. They are sturdy and comfy. My only semi-negative complaint would be that they are a worn black that is almost brownish (and not black)...But I love them!
