Beautiful bracelet
I bought this Glacier Topaz bracelet about a month or so ago and I just love it. I bought the medium size( my usual size for Lagos, M or 6..5) and the fit is perfect. I didn’t have any quality issues, but I do know that the customer service team at Lagos are all helpful and great. This bracelet is so unusual and pretty. I’ve worn it out several times and always get compliments. I have no idea what happened with the other reviewer, hopefully she has resolved her issues with Lagos.. The Topaz glacier bracelet is so beautiful. I’m hoping to buy the matching earrings soon. So far all the Lagos jewelry I’ve bought is not only beautiful but unusual and striking.

Defective
I am so disappointed. This was a Christmas present for my sister and it arrived missing an entire link/topaz. I bought her the earrings last year and really wanted to complete the set this year. I can’t even try to make this work as it won’t even fit around my 8 year olds wrist… Completely unacceptable for the cost. It shipped directly from Lagos and apparently I ordered the last one. Now I know why…. Do better Lagos.
