Come on NORDSTROM!
I’ve been ordering and returning this skirt like 5-6 times now, and I’m so frustrated! I keep getting a used one with snags! Am I thrifting or what? I’m paying to get a new item, should be wrapped with the original H.O.CB wrapping. I got it this time rolled and wrinkled in a plastic bag! Please work better on orders and make sure your customers get new items!!
