  • 1. Use a waterproof spray on new pair of shoes to protect them from damp. Leather conditioners extend the lifespan of vegan leather. 2. Drying vegan leather shoes in direct sunlight may fade their color. UV rays also break down the coating used to create vegan leather, causing it to crack. 3. Clean your shoes with a soft brush. If deeply stained, use a mild soap solution, then wipe the surface of the vegan leather with a damp cloth and wrung out sponge.

My first order was the wrong size, but after reaching out to the seller not only did they remedy the problem, but they quickly and kindly responded. I had my new shoes in no time! They are exactly as pictured. They did have a slight chemical smell, but nothing a night of airing out didn't take care of. The shoes are very comfortable and well made. I'm very excited to wear these as my wedding shoes. I will be purchasing more shoes from this seller in the future! Thank you!!
