Bad experience
I returned the dress because it was loose and my return was declined saying the item is damaged.There was a small stain on the dress which must have happened during the shipping.

Declined return
Shipped by company without a pastic bag, just shoved in a small mailing bag then declined a return stating it had a "stain" (which I had to search for and it was a pin point dot on the hem) and claimed it was me. Disappointing.
