Giorgio Armani Maestro Fusion Liquid Foundation with Broad Spectrum SPF 15

Ladies this foundation is luxury plus, it provides a medium sheer to medium buildable coverage and it's lovely BUT, L'Oreal who manufactures this has a foundation called " Magic Nude Liquid Powder" and it is IDENTICAL to Maestro with the exception of some VERY minor ingredients and it retails for $10 to $12 , there are not as many colors but because of the sheerness it is forgiving. My hand to God you will thank me for this, because the L'Oreal is the first drugstore foundation that I have found to be equal and in many ways superior to the prestige lines. I have been a professional makeup artist for decades,I did magazine work in NYC and Paris and worked the collections, this is not to brag, but inform you readers that I know a little bit about makeup.

My God, at the risk of sounding vain (which I'm not), I almost cried after using this. It is the foundation I've been looking for. The look is so natural, no makeup makeup. It's my skin but better look. I teach middle school, and when I started wearing this, even my students told me my complexion looks nice. This is a miracle in a bottle. I don't like giving positive reviews on pricey merchandise, but I think a lot of women are like me where I would rather invest in something I will wear every day rather than a dress I would wear once a year. This is it for me. I use 5.5, and it is a good combination of pink/yellow. Also i actually use a brush to apply (most recommend fingers), but I seem to get an airbrushed look when I use a brush. Thank you so much, Armani. P.S. do not let the oils in this scare you. I have oily/sensitive skin, and it has not broken me out. And there is no foundation feel. LOVE, LOVE,LOVE IT!!!

I see Nordstrom didn't publish my previous review. Since I can't mention the name of the other product, please just look at where this is made and hopefully you can figure out that this Armani foundation has the exact same ingredients/ address of manufacture as another make-up selling for $10. I had them side by side. Absolutely no difference.

This is an amazing product!!!!. Truly a " new generation" of make up!.. It takes a little bit of getting used to. Definitely worth the 8 year wait , for what it's worth I'm a guy and this stuff is completely undetectable.. For shade reference people that were MAC NC 42 Shade 7 is a great match, NC40 should check out shade 6.5... A complete game changer!... check it out and enjoy!!!

Extremely smooth, sheer, and weightless on the skin. Evens out skin tone, but is best for people with moderately good skin - the coverage is comparable to that of a tinted moisturizer. Blends in seamlessly, but can accentuate dry patches so it looks best on normal-oily or exfoliated dry skin. Very silicone-y - feels almost like a runny primer, so if you are sensitive to silicones I wouldn't suggest this. Also, if you like medium to full coverage, this is not for you. However, if you are looking for an undetectable foundation with light buildable coverage this is a great product! One star off for the price, but other than that this is a great new generation foundation. For those interested in a lower price alternative, L'oreal's Magic Nude Liquid Powder is pretty much EXACTLY the same as this (armani cosmetics are made by l'oreal) but the shade selection is limited

I have trying to make this work for me for 6months but cannot...it is so frustrating because I love the feel of this and how natural it looks. I put on my skincare and move on to this and after couple minutes, it starts pilling...as if I am exfoliating my skin. I exfoliate 3 times a week, use clarisonic daily and do other treatment masks on a regular basis and own 10 different foundations, BB breams, CC creams and I have problem with only this one! I have tried using different skincare combo underneath but all failed. This will accentuate dry skin although it is oil based...(no water in this makeup)...it has very interesting texture....nothing like what I own but I gave up trying to make this work for me.
