Terrible padding
You would think a pet bed at this price would meet all expectations. Not the case here. They might as well not include a pad. I can't even call it a cushion because there is zero cushion in this insert. Very disappointing. If this company were a true animal conscience company, they would understand that people purchasing this product are looking for comfort for their pet.
