Gia Double Banded Halo Headpiece

This piece is very pretty but unfortunately did not work as a choice for my daughter's wedding dress. Had it been available in all silver tone metal rather than gold and silver, it might have worked. The other issue is that the wearer needs to be comfortable wearing a headpiece that is tied and sits rather loosely on the head and would have to be pinned in to stay in place. But as for the appearance -- it is lovely. Four stars only because all involved in the decision believed it would work better as a true headband that sits snugly on the head.

I selected this headpiece to accessorize a veil for my wedding, and it was gorgeous. It was subtle and beautiful, and the rose gold tone accentuated my bridal look perfectly. Other reviewers indicated that this is a loose-fitting headpiece, and I would agree. My stylist solved the "movement" issue with a set of strategically placed hairpins, which worked fabulously. This piece will definitely be worn again (perhaps as a necklace? It's possible), and I would highly recommend it.
