A fan-favorite miler takes you comfortably off-road in this trail-engineered Ghost running shoe designed for lighter challenges like city parks, gravel terrain and groomed recreation trails.

Perfect for: Trail runners looking for lightweight, superior cushioning and reliable footing on terrain that's designed and groomed to be easier to conquer.

Upper: 3D Fit Print mesh protects against scrapes and trail debris as it flexes and recovers with your foot movements. Padded collar and tongue promote secure, distraction-free lockdown.

Midsole Drop: 8mm. Classified as a mid-drop measurement, it pushes your foot forward to support a more natural mid/forefoot strike.

Lower: DNA LOFT v3 nitrogen-infused cushioning puts soft landings and lightweight, responsive comfort under every stride. TrailTack Green lugged tread reliably grounds every stride while leaving smaller eco footprints.

Same problems with Ghost road shoes. TOE BOX!! Please Brooks stop with the narrow toe box. And what’s with the high stack? Bring back the original concept of Ghost, which was always amazing.

Great for yard work!

Ghost Trail
I love all my Brooks, but these are my favorite!! They provide the support I need and there is plenty of room in the toe box. I have suffered from plantar fasciitis and these sneakers are the BEST for my feet! Super comfortable!
