Midsole Drop: 8mm. Classified as a mid-drop measurement, it pushes your foot forward to support a more natural mid/forefoot strike.
Lower: DNA LOFT v3 nitrogen-infused cushioning puts soft landings and lightweight, responsive comfort under every stride. TrailTack Green lugged tread reliably grounds every stride while leaving smaller eco footprints.

Finally a comfortable shoe in cool colors
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have high arches and supinate and these were recommend for my tail hikes. They gave enough cushion to be comfortable but not so much that it feels unstable like other cushion shoes. They have been great so far!

Great shoe except it's too narrow......Extra wide please Brooks!
I had a brain injury, so I've gone through 18 pairs of shoes looking for a shoe that gives me stability, good ground feel, a stack height that provides cushion but not too much, a heel drop of 8mm or less, and something that's not squishy.....This was the perfect shoe but does not come in Extra Wide. Way too narrow! C'mon Brooks, just create extra wide sizes for all your shoes! I'm so disappointed because I love Brooks and absolutely love this shoe.

Exactly what you need for the trail
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a long time ghost user as well as the new ghost Max, I was looking for a new trail shoe. I got excited when they released this and finally decided to grab a pair. Right out of the box I am not disappointed at all.

Good, but
The quality of the shoe is great, but it is just a little large on my foot, and it sis not feel as great as my other Brooks, it didn’t work out for me but may be totally fine for someone else
