Upper: Engineered air mesh breathes easy as it flexes and recovers with every stride and step. Flatter tongue ensures distraction-free lockdown.
Midsole Drop: 10mm, the most common and generally considered to be the ideal standard for running shoes. Classified as a high-drop measurement, it allows for more cushioning to absorb the impact of heel strikes.
Lower: DNA LOFT v3 foam transitions every stride from soft landings to springy toe-offs. Supportive midsole helps stabilize both steps and strides. RoadTack Rubber provides grippy ground contact and flexible rebound as you move.

Apparently Brooks is going for one-size-fits-none
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I already did a review on these. The size was to small, even though I got the exact same size I always do, and all previous shoes fit perfectly.
Some reviews say they run large. So, I'm thinking it's a roll of the dice. I did order Ghost 3, in a full size up from my normal. And they fit really close to perfect. So, yeah. I think Brooks has screwed up the manufacturing process somehow.
As for the shoe itself. Didn't even really wear them for more than a minute or two. I didn't like the tongue or ankle cushion. Which used to be cushion, and now is just excess material.

Ghost 18 are great for nurses feet!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a nurse and I’m on my feet all day. The ghost 18 has been a great addition to my workwear. I really like how light and cushioning the 18s are. I love my Brooks. What else can I say? This is my 6th pair of Brooks.
