this is love
I never understood why straighteners were so expensive; what made one better than the cheap ones I would buy?? Every time I would get my hair done, I’d buy the pricy products my stylist would use, hoping to achieve the same effects, but in the end, my hair would always end up frizzy(ish), resulting in me tossing my straightener and eventually purchasing another, hoping for a different result. I honestly believed there was no hope for my hair and that I was forever doomed. Not the case anymore...after weeks of entertaining the idea, I finally broke down and spent the money to see if it lived up to the hype...WITHOUT A DOUBT! From the first time I used it, to every time since...my hair curls instead of coming out trashy looking and not only that, but the style LASTS! I can even wake up in the morning with sexy bedhead!!! So if you’re thinking about it, DO IT!

Quality is not there. Does not display temperature . Very disappointed, returning for a different one. Not the same quality of the other GHD flat irons.

This is the best!
Love the design details. It has a raised edge, although subtle, to separate the hot part of the iron so you don’t burn yourself. Heats up so quickly. And a heat resistant cap to cover the end of the iron when finished using so if traveling it can directly into your suitcase or drawer after use. Well made.

I loved my Paul Mitchell flat iron and this one doesn't compare. It's not as good as other professional flat irons. It only has an on/off switch. You can't control temperature. I'm still kicking myself for not returning it.

So worth it!
This Is the best flatiron I have ever used. I have medium thick, heavy hair that is rather frizzy. This flat iron makes my hair so sleek, smooth and shiny with out making it flat like my hair dressers does. I like having one heat setting as I don’t want to cause excess damage. It is a bit pricy but we wear our hair every day!!
