Esther Kiltie Weejuns^® Loafer (Women)

These might be my favorite shoes ever. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. If you're even thinking of buying these, do not hesitate, just buy them. They are incredibly beautiful, stylish, simultaneously modern and classic, and can be dressed up or down. The sizing is a little big and I needed to size down 1/2 size for the perfect fit.

These seriously look like 600 dollars + shoes. Everything is perfect, and they are insanely well made for the price point. I bought the all black (can't go wrong) and the black and white for something a little quirkier and preppier. I love the menswear look of these particular shoes. My heel slipped, so I purchased them again at a 1/2 smaller size. I am between size 8 and 8.5. If one were to wear thicker socks, then I would say go with your regular size.

It’s a beautiful wine color but very stiff and will def take time to break in. You’ve been warned. I’m normally a 7.5 in non athletic shoes and this is TTS. I can only wear thin socks with these which is fine and I’d rather be able to wear no show or thin vs thick socks but unable to wear with no show socks, so in other words more versatile. So if you are only planning on wearing thicker socks I’d go up a half size.

I was worried they were going to be too small because I went with a 6.5 this time as recommended and that was only available … usually I would get a 7 and my other ones are but they did loosen up. At first, I thought these were going to be too tight but I walked around with socks in them and they really loosen up and they feel nice now but I took a star off because there was a Nordstrom rack rack sticker on bottom for $99.00 when I paid $185.00…full price for them from the Nordstrom website… so maybe they were about to head over to the Rack…but good idea Nordstrom to check before you decide to sell them to somebody because that was my debate…it was a bit of a turn off and almost made me want to return them.
