I am not sure about the plumping effect but this lip treatment hydrates my lips like no other. I like to use this as an overnight treatment and I wake up every day with perfect lips. I also feel that the skin around my lips is a little bit more lifted since I’m using this one. It is a fantastic product and I will repurchase it

Not good
This is a pointless gimmick as far as I can tell, it’s not a lip balm as the consistency is really runny and it needs to be applied to lips and lip contours which means it’s messy! It also tastes nasty and because it’s so runny it’s really hard to avoid getting inside your mouth.

It's ok when you first use it
I found this product really good for the first few days but then I think I have got used to it and it doesn't work as well.

I like the gel serum like texture that melts into lips, it provides hydration but not coverage. However, there are constantly this thicker materiel that exists which is very very disturbing. I am not sure whether it's the problem of the manufacturer or that of the long storage. In summary, the texture of this product is not consistent. There are feelings of residues in this product that prevent me from giving it higher marks.

I am not sure what is this product for
I had read wonderful things about this product and people saying they could not live without it. That probably caused just disappointment when I bought it for myself. I love trying different things for my lips but to be honest I do not what this product should be doing. I just do not notice anything when I use it and it actually feels quite sticky. I cannot say anything about the new packaging since mine is the former one. If I can say something good is the fact that the product smells really well and it is easy to apply but I will not buy it again.

Smoother lips
I love this lip collagen serum I have been using this lip product for ages, I love the effect it gives of fuller lips as soon ash I apply it,
A little goes a long way, I use both in morning and night for the best results, my lips are always soft and smooth with this product. Not fan of new packaging, miss the metal applicator!

I miss the old packaging!
I have been using this for several years now, and I absolutely love the formula. I can tell the difference when I don’t use it on. So I make sure to never run out because the effects start wearing off after a few days. However, I really miss the old packaging. I miss the fact that it delivered a precise amount. And I really miss the cooling effect from the old ceramic tip. Yes, it’s cheaper now but some things are worth money.

I’ve been using this for weeks now and not sure I have seen any effect or much difference in my lips. It doesn’t provide me with the hydration I need. I can only see my lips feeling a bit mor plump, but that’s it. Not sure about the texture either, and the scent is ok.
