Gallway Stretch Boot (Women)

These boots are fine. I like pointed toe boots, but few with low heels have enough volume to fit a slightly wide forefoot and high instep -- these do. I took my usual size in this brand for a closed shoe/boot (versus a sandal) which is a half size up from most other brands. The description says "Textile and leather upper/leather lining." What this means is the main foot area is suede with leather lining and the shaft is fake suede-looking synthetic fabric. If you look carefully at the photos you can see where the seams separating the two materials are. I find the fabric shaft to be loose on my narrow calves so it bags a bit. The footbed is Poron which means not hard, but it certainly isn't cushy.
