Gala Chelsea Boot (Women)

These are beautifully made boots with soft leather, a lightweight, flexible, non-skid sole, and a refined look. The khaki color looks like dark brown with a hint of green. It is a neutral that goes with everything. (The color in the photo online is quite accurate). If your feet and ankles are on the narrow side, give these a try! The removable insole is an added bonus if you want to use a custom insole. It is hard to find stylish boots that are this comfortable for finicky feet!

My initial order of this shoe arrived dirty around the soles and creases all over as if they've been thoroughly worn. Not typical for Nordstrom! However, I love the classic slender style and comfort so I returned to the Nordstrom store and asked to reorder them. They said they would mark this shoe as defective so it wouldn't be resent out to anyone. I was concerned I might end up with the same shoe if I reordered. When the new shoe shipped out I saw that it was coming from a completely different location than where I returned the first pair so I felt sure it was going to be another shoe. BUT, it turnes out I was sent the same exact shoe as before! Dirty around the soles, scuffed in the same spots and creases everywhere. I guess they didn't mark the show as defective and continued to try to sell it. I'm really disappointed in Nordstrom's service regarding this.
