Gae Knee High Boot (Women)

I love, love this boots. The only reason I am giving it a 4 star is the difficulty of pulling it out from my feet. I had to get help from pulling it out, else I wouldn’t have been able to. I am usually a size 6.5, but I always go up a 1/2 or 1 size up. I am 5’5 and weigh 156 pounds and I bought size 7. I am not sure if I should reorder it in size 7.5 instead. Has any one had difficulty in pulling out their boots or is just me. I have not seen any one writing a review yet. Its looks like I am the first one to do so. I usually don’t write reviews, but I am doing it for the first time since I started shopping from Nordstrom for about 15 years now. In fact, I really love the boots and would love to keep it, but please any advice on the easiest way to pull it out? Thank you
