How to use: A method designed to help awaken your true nature. The mindful sequence invites you to take time for inner reflection while taking care of your outer self. After applying your softener, smooth the cream over your face. Warm some more cream in your hands and inhale deeply. Tilt your head down and exhale deeply. Inhale deeply and glide your thumbs along your jawline, from chin to ear. Repeat two times. Exhale deeply and place your index fingers vertically along your laugh lines. Inhale deeply as you push your cheeks toward your ears. Repeat two tims. With four fingers below each eye, exhale deeply. Inhale deeply, sliding them up toward your temples. Repeat two times. With four fingers below each brow, exhale deeply. Inhale deeply, gliding them over your forehead and toward the hairline. With your palm, apply cream to your neck using an upward stroke, then glide it down over your shoulder and across your chest. Repeat on the other side.

Oily
However, it leaves my skin oily- so I use only a small dab. I've also noticed that my skin which is usually pretty free of bumps and has always been viewed as glowing and smooth- I now have tiny small bumps from clogged pores. Nothing major- but not usually the case. I stopped using the enmei serum because I thought that was the culprit for the oiliness thus causing clogged pores (that serum definitely leaves an oily residue) but now I'm saddened because it's this overly priced cream. Unfortunately the cost of the cream- I cannot see myself waste it- but if I paid a fraction of that cost I would discontinue use. (I have before with one of the benefiance and bio performance daily creams from shiseido for the same reason). I should have stuck with the LX day and night creams and bio filler night serum.

Dewy glow
The cream feels rich on my skin with just a little bit- goes a long way! It leaves my skin feeling dewy and soft. I've been using shiseido for years and have tried all the leading/more expensive creams ahiseido offers online. My favorite are typically the night creams because they "heal" your face. Well now this day cream does the same thing during the day. It's too soon to say if it reduces my fine lines and wrinkles, but it does seem to soften and smooth the skin thus far. (It's been two weeks but I do not have heavy aging to my skin anyway- I'm typically told by estheticians, derms and strangers that I have beautiful looking skin- I keep it up with shiseido-- no compromising on your night creams!)

I have used Shiseido products for over 10 years.
I don't mean to brag, BUT...my friends tell me that I look about 70 or perhaps late sixties. I'm 81. it is my skin that gives me a more youthful look. I have used Shiseido products for more than 10 years. I believe that they have helped me retain my more youthful appearance. This particular cream is the best!
