Fulmarre Quilted Down Coat with Faux Fur Trim

I tried multiple similar Moncler jackets and this was the one! I think the faux fur really balances out the shape of the jacket and adds a fun and chic element. I haven’t worn it out yet but it feels like it will be warm and comfortable. I am a size 6/8 normally but I sized up to a 4 in this so that I have room to layer. I am a 3 in Moncler usually but the 3 in this jacket was tight in the bust and would only have fit the slimmest of under layers.

Was able to walk around Kyoto whilst it snowed in 30 degree weather with a sheer top and a long skirt. This coat is the coat that ends all coat shopping. It took me years and being completely unprepared for the weather whilst traveling to knuckle down and buy it. The fit is flattering even more so than the Canadian M brand version because it doesn't have the bell penquin effect on the lower half. I tried several in store and the fit of this one was the most flattering on my frame. 5'1 115 lbs size 1 with room.

I love this jacket! It’s gorgeous and warm and cozy. However, the arm area runs really small. It fits fine with a thinner tops but feels super tight when I wear sweaters or anything else similar. I bought it in July when the weather was warm so didn’t think about the fact that I’d be most likely wearing sweaters or sweatshirts under it all the time. I wish I would have tried a larger size just to see if the rest of it still fit like a glove but gave more in the armpit area. Otherwise, I couldn’t be happier with the coat!
