amazing tool!

Higher dose is a fabulous brand for health. I’ve been using their facemasks for years and their blanket and all of their products are the top notch. Worth the price added it to your toolbox.

Received returned and used item.

Received previously used mat, store return and transfer label was on the box. Missing original packaging. Disappointing Nordstrom would ship a previously used personal item as new. Now I have to lug it back to the store as a return. I would not purchase Higher Dose items from Nordstrom online, no guarantee you will receive an unused item and returning is a huge hassle.

Well constructed wellness tool

The main benefit that I've observed with nightly use of this full body red light mat is is DEEEEP sleep. I spend more time in REM and have more vivid dreams. I spend anywhere from 20-60 minutes before bed laying on this mat to unwind with my dog, who also loves this mat. This mat is well constructed, sturdy, can be laid on top of, draped across you, laid over pillows or a bed. It comes with door hooks or wall hooks to hang the mat as a panel instead, although I feel you lose the slightly warming and calming effect of the infrared light when you use it that way. I'm writing this review after about 3 weeks use and can't speak of any noticeable improvements in skin quality/appearance but will be back to update after a few months (a more reasonable amount of time to notice changes like that!). The price is steep and there are many similar products out there, however the construction justifies the additional cost.

A slow process, but promising results

I won’t know for a couple more months. This is a very slow process and I am reading promising reviews. So my rating is unknown at this point, even though I gave it four stars. I am encouraged by the positive comments that I am seeing. Hopefully it will mean fewer visits to the doctors office.
