Hudson Work Boot (Men)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The material seems great. It also looks very well-made and sturdy. The only downside and I'm not sure why is that ONLY the black color comes with fabric laces and the rest have leather laces. And there is no option to change it hence 4 stars. The fabric laces look a bit unintegrated in my opinion.

I delayed buying this boot because I felt it was priced too high. I need an EE or EEE width, and these boots are only a medium width, so they probably won't fit me anyway. I finally gave in and purchased a pair just to satisfy my curiosity. I was expecting it to be too narrow and uncomfortable, so I ordered a size larger than I normally take, and to my complete delight, these boots fit almost perfectly. They need a little break-in time, but they will only get better with wear. I'm very happy with these boots. They're so sharp-looking, I can wear them as dress boots.

This is the best looking boot that I've been able to find out there. Unfortunately, it's too small for me. The size 13 is like a vise grip on my foot and there's no chance that I can break them in. My previous size 13 Frye boots from years ago are perfect. I guess I'll have to try other brands that have larger sizes.
