Been waiting for these!
I was so excited to get the Harness boots but I could tell when I opened the box my door was never going to fit. I was right. Very narrow! You'd think for the money you could get your foot in the boot. So sad for me!

Cool Boots

Insanely comfortable
I had not had a pair of Fryes since college (in the 70’s) but was tempted by the new metallics. I wasn’t sure I would like this color but it is softer and more blended than what the picture shows and they are just what I wanted. Did i say how comfortable they are?

Can’t recommend these boots enough!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my first pair of Frye Harness 12R’s back in 2011. I’ve worked with horses on a farm for most of my life and after 13 long years, my first pair finally gave out (the sole broke after many years of wear). I will be getting them re-soled, as the leather and boot itself, has remained in good condition. I just purchased a new pair of them, as I love them so much. Not only for comfortability but for longevity, as well. I recommend these boots to anyone who asks. Best I’ve came across in 30 years!

Woodrose (pink) version:
Kind of hoped I wouldn’t love them enough to keep… alas, welcome home darlings. I have a model of the harness in a different color that has a more thick, stiff feel than these. The leather on the pinks is softer, thinner and more malleable. They are long boots and I have heel slip even in a size down but I think that is ok they are comfy all day. If your foot is wide or flares at the ball you may not be able to size down. I love them. Perfect spring neutral pink goes with jeans and skirts they are gorgeous the toe shape and shading on the leather is beautiful so is the stitching.
