Emma Ballet Flat (Women)

This was a disappointing purchase from Frye. Like other reviewers noted, this shoe runs quite large, I would say by one size. I even tried a heel gripper hoping it would keep them in place. No luck there. Additionally, a strong rubber smell came out of the box, similar to what one would expect from fake leather shoes. My suggestion to Nordstrom would be to reduce inventory and demand actual quality control on products that end on their website. We are all exhausted by having to constantly return items that Nordstrom should not sell in the first place.

These are nice shoes. I wouldn’t pay full price, but on sale they’re worth it. My feet are normal to wide and they fit perfectly. If you have narrow feet, I wouldn’t recommend them. I’m usually a 10 or 9.5, and the 9.5 fit well. They have basically no support, but they’re not uncomfortable. The only downside is they feel a little cheap, which is surprising for Frye. That said, I love that they’re real leather, wide enough, and comfortable overall.
