Fringed Fil Coupé Polka Dot Jacquard Asymmetric Fit & Flare Dress

I purchased this dress online to wear to my boss's funeral, and to my disappointment, it arrived with makeup all around the neckline and underarm, along with sweat. It's clear someone else purchased this dress, wore it, and then returned it. I'm a woman of color, and based on the color of the makeup, it's clear a white woman wore this dress. How disgusting. My question to Nordstrom: why didn't this dress, over $1400, go through quality control before shipping to a customer? I have been a loyal Nordstrom customer for 33 years, and this is it for me. I'm done- the quality and the customer service have been subpar for many years.
