did not work for me as wash or scrub
I have to say this was a complete fail for me. It combines a sugar scrub with a face wash, but for me this led to a product that does not do either properly. The sugar grains are somewhat scratchy but disappear almost immediately on wet skin, less water just makes them scratchier. The wash left my skin feeling uncomfortable and as though it had not rinsed properly, no matter how much water I used, so I ended up having to wash off the wash. I tried it a couple of times with the same result. I also think this is a very old-fashioned approach (physical scrub in wash). If you want an exfoliating wash, I'd recommend one with AHA or BHA acids instead. These are effective without being scratchy, and don't leave the skin feeling sticky. An acid toner would also be more effectivethan t his without scratching. Overall this failed as a scrub and as a wash for me. I can see some users love it, but I really think there are far better alternatives.

Love this
I was given this as a gift for my birthday and I really like this product. It’s a lightweight scrub so not abrasive on the skin, it smells fruity which is pleasant and my skin looked refreshed and glowing. It’s fine for regular use as it is light on the skin. I have tried a few more of the Fresh products on the basis of this exfoliator. I did not actually check the price of this as it was a gift, so I cannot comment on the value of it.

This cleanser is perfect for combination to dry skin. It doesn’t leave your skin feeling tight and thoroughly cleans your skin. Use this morning and night and work into your skin for around 2 minutes. It is also good at removing makeup. The price point is also ok.

Not for me
I thought adding a bit of mechanical exfoliation to my routine would complement it, but I found myself with an odd product that I got little use out of. This is basically a cleanser with added sugar crystals; however, the crystals feel too rough to "ignore" them and use this as a cleanser, I at least didn't feel safe to rub this on my skin. As such, it was just an extra cleansing step, and I started just skipping it, as who has time for products that don't work? I would much rather recommend a gentle liquid chemical exfoliant - it's easier to incorporate and usually yields better results in terms of exfoliation and glow.
