The perfect black cocktail dress. I am short and curvy so it’s more form fitting on me than the model but that’s what I wanted. French Connection runs a little big so I ordered a size down and very happy I did. The front panel is super flattering and camouflaging. I’m 5’2, 160 lbs and ordered a size 8

almost a good staple
This dress appeared to be a good staple for my closet, but after trying it on a second time I noticed some quality issues. The darts on the sides of the bust pucker as the come in, the skirt isn’t lined and shows lots of seams (though they are neatly sewn), and the bottom of the zipper buckles right at my butt. At first glance I loved it, but on second though not so much.

Love this dress, got it for my bridal shower. I’m 5’2 and 140lbs and got a size 8 (which is my usual size). Adjustable straps made it fit perfect or else it would have been too big up top. Fabric looks and feels nice. Would buy in other colors

Great day to night dress
Simple, classy, sexy, easy to dress up or down. I’m usually a 00P, but could only get this in a 0, so it’s roomy but definitely not too loose. It still fits without being tight, so it’s easy to wear all day! For reference I’m 4’11” 93 lbs. 30B. Super easy to machine wash, as well.

Simple but beautiful
This dress is so beautiful. I got it for my college grad photos. I am 5'2, 130 lbs, with a 32DDD chest. I ordered a size 6 and it fits perfectly. It was snug at first but after wearing it for 2-3 hours it fit really nicely. This dress is really for any occasion, even just for casual wearing. There is a slight stretch to it which makes it more comfortable than other high quality dresses. The fabric is very comfy and molds to your body. Highly recommend this dress!
