I would buy this product again!
I wear this jacket to ski and love it. It's plenty warm, but not so bulky that you can't move. If you're looking for a jacket that fits well, keeps you warm for hours while skiing, and is also able to be worn for everyday use, this is it! Don't sleep on this jacket!

Love the color but weird sizing
Sizing is very off on these. The medium had the longest arms the small had a small chest. Wish it could have worked bc I love the color.

I actually wanted a shell with a ZIP out liner I was sent this one & I'm pleased with the described return policy if I mistakenly ordered the wrong one but a tad unfair if I was shipped the wrong one because it was out of stock. the $5 charge might not be appropriate.

Terrible customer service
Bought a coat for a Christmas gift, came damaged. Company wouldn't do an exchange made me return the damaged coat and repurchase a replacement. Instead of giving me a refund for the damaged coat they charged me again so I have been charged 750.00 for one coat at this point that will probably arrive damaged like the first one. Will never purchase from this company again.
