Words from a runner
I have a narrowish foot, buy narrow in Birkenstock. The 7.5 is perfectly formed around my foot. I don’t wear socks with these. I use them for shorter runs and crossfit: they are perfect. Not too firm, not too squeeshee. The shape of the sole offers plenty of stability. I usually buy neutral running shoes even if I pronate (not a bad thing by the way:) also, I got the white one with the beige soles. I just throw them in the laundry machine and never affected the performance.

Disappointed
I’m very disappointed in this sneakers. I had my old nike training sneakers for 4years and decided to replace them with this but they hurt my feet a lot and are very uncomfortable.
I do not recommend them.

Tennie shoe
I have this same shoe but an earlier model that I absolutely love. Thought this would be comfortable like before but this is a very stiff and clunky shoe. Felt very cheaply made also.

Comfortable - but super slippery
Been wearing Free Runs for years in different models. Really comfortable running shoes! But ... this version is dangerously slippery. Don't wear them on wet road / floor. Or any surface with less traction - I've slipped a few times even on a dry day when stepping on a painted line on a crosswalk for example. They have very little traction and after wearing them for awhile what little they do have wears off. The black part on the heel/toe that gives traction is not big enough. I had to stop wearing them for fear of slipping.

Comfortable for 5k distances. Awful quality.
Best minimal lightweight and breathable running shoe for short distances 5km. Very comfortable like socks. I had 3 pairs. The problem with them - durability and quality, all of them developed cracks in the sole in about 4-6 months of usage.
