Stella Marled Sweater

Ok, super cute and luscious feeling sweater but I bought it because it states in the description a couple of times that it is cashmere. I read the label as one does thinking to gloat over my find but much to my surprise there is zero cashmere involved. The attached label says it is 43% polyester, 36% polyamide, 19% acrylic, 1% cotton, 1% elastane. So zero cashmere involved... yet it is super soft with a very cute slightly boxy, slightly oversized cut. Love the neon yarn accent at the hems and the way the collar falls or buttons up. For the west coast this may well be wayyyy to warm with all the synthetic fiber but I am going to give it a try.

Love this sweater. Feels like the softest blanket. Order one size down because it runs very large. I also suspect it stretches so fold it to store. I usually order XL in Free People but I just ordered a Large after receiving an XL. I am hoping this works. I probably could wear a M? Gave it four stars because it runs so big.

I don't find this sweater to be very flattering... it's shorter and boxier than the pictures displayed (so I have added my own) - the armpits have a lot of fabric, which makes it look weird. I am typically a size large, so I ordered a medium. I decided to keep it both because it's really comfortable, and I don't feel like going through the hassle of returning it, lol ... it'll make a nice weekend comfy sweater, though for the price, I would have hoped for something I felt cute leaving the house in :)
