Purchased in store, these are cute, love the navy. Was annoyed that Nordstrom would not honor price adjustment for cyber Monday since I purchased in store. So I ordered the identical pair on Nordstrom.com at the discounted price and returned the pair I purchased in store via mail. Nordstrom’s customer service has gone downhill in the past 20 years. Disappointed with customer service, this is not the first time I’ve had a negative experience with customer service.

My Favorite Slippers!
I had another pair and my dog ate one. I was so happy to find these again! Exceedingly comfortable, warm, and fun to wear! My last pair was a lighter color and when they got dirty, I put them on a gentle cycle w Woolite and then a cool dryer setting. Good as new!

perfect slippers
So much more comfier and form fitting than cheaper ones. Great quality and the big fur is very cute. Snug fit but not tight so it doesn’t frag when walking which most slippers do. Just get them!
