Shelby Floral Jacquard Cardigan

This sweater is 77% cotton, 11% acrylic, 9% polyester, 3% wool. The synthetics are disappointing, but I could have lived with it if not for a wool allergy, so this is a no-go for me. The weight is heavier than I expected, and it doesn’t have pockets. The style is super cute, though, and I probably would keep it if not for the wool.

I purchased this sweater primarily because it said it was made from 100% cotton - which is what I'm going for these days with a lot of my wardrobe. Wool is itchy on me and I'm trying to avoid synthetic fibers when I can. The design looked cute and when I saw it was made of 100% cotton I purchased right away. Much to my dismay, when I put it on I could feel the itchyness so I suspected wool. It is also quite thick which is great but it also made me suspect that there were other fibers mixed in. Checked the care tag and it's got poly and wool with cotton. NOT accurate. Please fix the description. Too bad bc the sweater was cute. A little big on me even in size small but I would have kept it had it been cotton.

This is a heavy weight cardigan sweater/jacket. It runs very large- I had to size down despite wanting to use this as a jacket because it was huge- and very long in the sleeves. But it is beautifully made, the navy is amazing and comfortable to wear. I have had to turn under the cuff but am very happy and highly recommend. (Bought an xl-lrg but exchanged for a large)
