I wear the Medium/Large in the Love Letter Cami top so I ordered that size for this top too. However, the fit is smaller and the top not as flattering. I ordered the teal and there was no scalloped neckline like the ivory one shows, which was also disappointing. For reference, I’m 5’4” and 120 lbs. and would size up to the Large/XL if I was going to keep this.

Runs small, size up
I’m usually complaining about everything I order running big with most brands. But not with this shirt. It is tiny. Like when I laid it flat the torso was probably 8 in across. It stretches obviously but was so tight everywhere it enhanced all my imperfections. Returned. Trying to decide if I want to bother with a larger size.
