Sedona Stripe Cardigan

I bought the blue rainbow combo in medium. I'me 5'8 and 150lbs. I thought this hung like a piece of a throw someone tried to make a cardigan out of it. The yarns were dull, the sleeves were long and baggy all the way to the wrists so there's no way to secure them or push them up to the elbow because it just falls back down. Poor construction shows puckers on the sides creating an odd wing sticking out on both sides.
