This is a great layering piece, it does roll at the bottom a bit if not secured into leggings or a skirt. Great find!

not a good fit for my body type
I love mesh details on clothes as well as see-through mesh garments and wanted to use this to put together some kind of Buffy the Vampire Slayer/y2k type look. However, I have a long torso and am not very curvy or busty. This shirt was boxy on me. The sleeve length worked well but it hung sort of rectangularly and didn't flatter my body. I think this is probably better for people who are short/small and have shorter torsos, or for people who don't rely on clothes to give their body some shape.

Just what I was looking for
I previously purchased the similar "Free People Lady Lux Layering Top" in Evening Creme in size M. It fits great, but when I saw that some reviewers of the "On the Dot Mesh Turtleneck" said it ran small, I ordered it in L. The Large Black fit well. I could tell the Medium would have been too small for me. I wear these as lingerie. Love both of these. They wash well (by hand), using a gentle lingerie detergent.

So great for layering
Believe it or not, but I’d recommend sizing up in this. I know FP is notorious for being oversized. I love layering this under jumpers or concert tees.
