This dress is true to size for those with a smaller to average chest size. I am 23 years old with a 36D bra size. The medium was too tight, while the large fit well except for the straps, which were too long. I had the straps shortened by about one to two inches, and afterwards, the dress fit perfectly. I love the neckline, and the material has a wonderful twirl to it. Used it as my graduation dress, and it paired well with ivory mini cowboy boots.
