The Girly Take on Boyfriend Shorts
I had been eyeing these for a while and never got them because I couldn’t see them in person, not at Nordstrom or Free People. I finally snagged them since they went on sale and got the Navy. The color looks just like stock images online, which never happens. Such a pretty blue! Has a shiny quality. They remind me of your husband or boyfriend’s shorts you sleep in, but made girly. The drawstring works wonders because they run large, about 2 sizes up from the tagged size, but it didn’t matter for me since the drawstring brings everything in and I prefer the look of a relaxed short. They are cheap quality and don’t have any lining (in comparison to other FP shorts I have) but they serve the purpose I got them for. They won’t show my self tanner and they’re just different than anything else I own. Wanted to throw a review up since I had wanted to see a review myself and there were none. For reference I am 118lbs and 5’6 and got the Small but easily could have fit smaller. If you’re between sizes, you can size down but I wouldn’t size up. You can see they don’t run short at all…plenty of length! Could fit a Tall girl easily!
