Best Of Oversize Cotton Hoodie

The item that arrived is very clearly someone’s return that they sold me. It has blue pen mark on the front so that’s was a damper. I loved the color, pink is beautiful and it has a casual soft feel to it, however I thought sleeves were short for how oversized everything else is as they ride up when I raise my arms. Plus, because of that pen mark I am returning. This is too much money for it to be not in a new condition.
