Poor quality and awful Nordstrom Customer Service

HOM used to be high quality back in the day. Now, it's cheaply made and poor stitching. Also, Nordstrom is now using 3rd party vendors for products which ties their hands as to how they accept returns. Nordstrom used to have amazing customer service, and now it's poorly run like a government agency. Once, I pay off my Nordstrom account, no more being a customer. Sorry Nordstrom, you're not all that you come across to be. What a shame.
