Frēda Salvador Brooke Waterproof Chelsea Boot

Super light weight boots and true to size. I’m an 8.5 in most shoes and bought a 9 in these (as I’m a 9 in other Freda boots) but they were too large. They’re also not as narrow as Freda shoes usually are, definitely roomier. The leather is so nice I’m surprised they’re water resistant. Only issue I had (other than ordering the wrong size) was the sole of the boots. It doesn’t feel like rubber it’s almost like a foam and I don’t see how it can hold up long term.

I wanted to love these... but they are quite narrow and very long. like a witches boot. I got my actual size yet I swear I had two inches at the end. My boyfriend even said they looked huge the second they came out of the box. On the plus side, they were very lightweight and the sole was comfy. I had to return them though due to the awkward fit.

These boots are very well-made, the suede is a beautiful color and the shoes are unusually lightweight. The heel provides just enough height to be comfortable, and with the platform the height is not noticeable. My only complaints about these boots involve their lack of arch support and their width. I have a wide forefoot and narrow heel, and in these boots my heels move around and my forefoot is sadly squeezed. There isn’t enough arch support, which makes the shoes feel unstable. The shoe is also unusually long.
