Wexford Wide Leg Pants

I love these and, like another reviewer, thought these were more expensive than I would normally spend but then I loved them so much I bought another color. They do stretch a little so I can see why some people said they run large but I have big hips/thighs so I appreciated the stretch. I bought my usual size, 6, and am happy with it…I highly recommend this splurge!

I always wear a size 12 in a pant. I ordered a size 14 in These pants. They are beautifully made. The fabric is beautiful. Silky light and great quality, however I could hardly zip and button them. The legs fit nicely. I have an hourglass figure. These pants will fit better for a straight narrow body frame.

I tried on these pants just to see what they were like but I really had no intention of buying them. Wrong! I ended up pairing this with the toast Mini Belfast jacket and the green “Messy Hearts” shirt. They are so flattering and somehow elongate my stubby body. The comfort is fabulous. Yes, they do stretch a bit, but not much and I was on the lookout for stretching as I had read the reviews. , There was one small problem which I noticed only as I wore them first the first time. The hook and bottom closure needed to be moved over slightly as the top of the zipper was exposed. The lovely alterations team at Nordstrom’s fixed them and that is another reason why I try to purchase from Nordstrom’s whenever possible. F&E would have sent me a new pair only if I hadn’t worn them first, otherwise altering them would have been on me.
