Ding on the heel.
Like the look and feel of the boot however, I wore them only once and the heel already has a dig on it. The “wooden” part of the heel has a scratch.

Love these boots!
These are so comfortable. The elastic on the sides makes these flexible so they don't dig into the front of your calf when you walk. And they actually feel like there's a bit of arch support which was a very pleasant surprise!! I recommend them to anyone who wants a great pair of black boots.

Chestnut brown synthetic chips!
I got the chestnut brown synthetic bootie and the material has chipped off on the toes after wearing them for the first time out to dinner. The boots are cute and comfortable but not worth the price. I’ve seen other reviews that have had the same issue.
