Francine Cotton Eyelet Skirt

I wanted to love this skirt, however, when I received it, I was surprised by a sense of heaviness of this skirt. I though that this is lining that is heavy, but it was the eyelet. Moreover, the lining is an unbreathable polyester, and it adds to the heaviness of the skirt. Finally, the skirt is just too large for me, considering that I am petite.
